Under her leadership, numerous large-scale studies have been conducted in the field of monitoring and evaluation, baseline, mid-term, and final studies for international organizations such as USAID, WFP, UNICEF, IFC, FAO, UNDP, JICA, WB, etc.

A strong analyst possess a vast experience in developing methodologies and samples, as well as analyzing and preparing analytical reports and presentations based on the results of baseline, mid-term, and final impact assessments of programs and projects focused on socio-economic development, youth engagement, and social responsibility. Experience in statistical methods and analysis, proven experience in using specialized data processing and analysis programs.

    He has a university degree in physics, electronics, and business economics. He has excellent professional knowledge and skills in developing software for conducting CAPI and CATI surveys on the Survey Solutions, Lime Survey, and IField platforms. She has substantial experience working with SPSS statistical software and is highly proficient in various statistical methods and analysis. She has many years of research experience in the fields of agriculture, water supply and sanitation, food security, and peacebuilding projects for various international organizations.

    She has a degree in philology. She has long-standing research experience as a fieldwork supervisor. She has excellent communication and team management skills and is adept at solving problems quickly and constructively. She has excellent skills in CAPI and PAPI research. Her responsibilities include organizing fieldwork, logistics, external and internal quality control, and initial data control in SPSS and Excel.

Possesses professional knowledge and practical skills in conducting sociological research, including methodology development, research tool preparation, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Possesses professional knowledge and practical skills in conducting sociological research, including methodology development, research tool preparation, qualitative and quantitative interviews, as well as analytical processing and interpretation of data. Has experience working at research companies Kyrgyz Indigo (interviewer) and M-Vector (junior analyst). Was nominated for “Best Thesis Award” at the Faculty of Sociology and awarded a presidential certificate of distinction for high academic achievement.
