    Rebicon performed a study of relevant publications, reports, etc. available in the country on mental health-related stigma, mental health promotion, and behavior change initiatives. Organized 12 in-depth interviews with key stakeholders (including teenagers). Based on the results of the interview, an analysis of the language used in Kyrgyzstan in relation to mental health and mental health issues and its impact was carried out, and a new positive, comfortable and non-stigmatizing language/set of terms was identified and proposed.

    In the study, the Rebicon research team focused on tracking managers' and employees' perceptions of professional skills across five functional areas of their work. To conduct an in-depth assessment within the framework of the MTASS project, the team carried out 3 assessments: basic, medium-term and final. Based on the evaluation results, an analysis was made and a report was provided on the results of the desk study.

    Rebicon research team organized 1,800 interviews in 7 regions and 2 major cities of the country (Bishkek and Osh) to study the abilities of households to cope with shocks and seasonal changes, as well as factors that affect changes in food security and household vulnerability. The research group held 3 rounds of data collection: in August, October, December (2022).

    1. Sample planning and preparation for the survey: identify data collection points in each cluster (taking into account urban and rural populations), prepare a list of phone numbers and program a questionnaire for a telephone survey.
    2. Recruitment and training of staff: hire interviewers and conduct their training with the support of WFP.
    3. Data collection: Conduct a telephone survey of households using a simple random sample in each cluster/data collection point.
    4. Data processing and analysis: enter data into the SPSS database, perform cleaning, calculate additional variables according to the RUNWAY instructions and prepare analytical tables in Excel according to the analysis plan.
    5. Reporting and transmission of results: prepare a technical report for each round of data collection and submit a complete package of documents (SPSS database, syntax, Excel spreadsheets, technical report), including information on progress, data quality, and interviewers' comments.
Research on Drivers Influencing: Immunization-Related Behaviors in Kyrgyzstan
The aim of this research is to identify key behavioral drivers and provide reliable information based on analysis of data collected through a field study to inform key stakeholders to better understand behavioral drivers that influence people’s immunization-related choices and practices in Kyrgyzstan.

    Rebicon conducted a quantitative study for 2 lines of research and four target populations in seven oblasts of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek and Osh cities to acquire opinions, assessments and judgements of respondents on their immunization-related choices and practices . Among our duties was: survey protocols for both lines of research and four target populations; development of the representative samples for both lines of the research and four target populations; programming and testing of questionnaires for both lines of research and four target populations; prepared the detailed field procedure plan; conducted commencing training; provided management, training, and contracting of experienced field staff data collection; developed a monitoring / information system; ensured validation and correction of data;participated in writing the country report and formation of conclusions.

Interim Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the "CURE TB" Project in Kyrgyzstan
Strengthening the capacities, systems, tools and resources of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKR) tuberculosis control program.

    During the Rebicon research: we assessed the state of treatment for MD-TB in terms of the availability of qualified suppliers, equipment, goods, services, and organizational structure. Determined the quality of MD-TB treatment services provided by institutions, assessed patient satisfaction with MD-TB treatment services, and identified critical gaps that need to be addressed to improve quality. Described the stigmatization of TB patients and health workers, as well as the point of view of non-TB patients. And assessed the impact of TB stigma on patients' access to medical care (i.e., delayed access to medical care due to TB symptoms, concealment of TB disease, poor adherence to treatment, etc.).
    Provided recommendations based on the evaluation results to address identified gaps in the quality of treatment for LU-TB.
Assessment of Business Costs for Compliance with the Requirements of the Tax Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic

    To conduct a study of the costs of the database to comply with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Rebicon team conducted a survey in all regions of the country, including the cities of Bishkek and Osh. Private commercial enterprises, including farming enterprises, as well as entrepreneurs operating on the basis of a tax patent, were selected as evaluation objects. Rebicon collected data on time spent on types of tax administration, time spent on tax accounting at the office for various taxes, time spent on trips to tax authorities, coverage and time spent on tax audits. Based on the data collected through a personal interview, an analytical report was compiled on the assessment of business costs for compliance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
